Alcoholic bar (Spritz and sparkling wine)
Non-alcoholic beverages (ginger beer, lemonade, soda, Coke, flavored waters, fruit juices, lemonade)
1:00 p.m.: Dishes to share at the table
Roasted carrot & beet salad with homemade labneh & green fennel oil
Large platter of roasted cauliflower with sumac & honey
Free-range chicken breast with thyme-lemon jus & roasted seasonal vegetables, baby potatoes
10h30 a.m.: Welcome Reception
Flavored waters
Refreshing waters infused with seasonal fruits and herbs
Lemonade & lightly sweetened iced tea served in self-service pitchers


Sea bream ceviche with lime, Espelette pepper, and Sucrine lettuce
Panisse croquettes or tacos
Cuttlefish ink focaccia with house-smoked labneh & pickled asparagus
