12h15 p.m.: Lunch cocktail with buffet
  • Alcoholic bar (Spritz and sparkling wine)

  • Non-alcoholic beverages (ginger beer, lemonade, soda, Coke, flavored waters, fruit juices, lemonade)

1:00 p.m.: Dishes to share at the table
  • Roasted carrot & beet salad with homemade labneh & green fennel oil

  • Large platter of roasted cauliflower with sumac & honey

  • Free-range chicken breast with thyme-lemon jus & roasted seasonal vegetables, baby potatoes

10h30 a.m.: Welcome Reception
  • Flavored waters

  • Refreshing waters infused with seasonal fruits and herbs

  • Lemonade & lightly sweetened iced tea served in self-service pitchers
