Schedule for the day
From 10:30 a.m.: Welcome reception
Please head directly to the Domaine de Quervalat. We can’t wait to see you and kick off the day. You can take your seats at your leisure in the park, where chairs will be set up for the ceremony.
11:00 a.m.: Ceremony
Entrance of the bride and groom, opening of the ceremony by Liliana, our master of ceremonies, followed by speeches from the family and our witnesses. We will then exchange our vows!
12:00 p.m.: Exit of the bride and groom & concert by the Kalinka Duo
The brass band Kalinka with Slavic influences (violin, accordion) will accompany our exit.
12:15 p.m.: Luncheon cocktail reception and opening of the buffet
The luncheon cocktail reception will be ready to welcome you.
1:00 p.m.: Dishes to share at the table
The dishes will be set directly on the table. Each table is numbered from 1 to 7, so all you’ll need to do is find your seat using the signs at the cocktail tables.
2:00 p.m.: Concert by the Kalinka duo
The musicians The Kalinka Duo will play again.
3:00 p.m.: Dessert
A moment of gourmet relaxation in the shade, to extend the day.
4:00 p.m.: Jam Session (violin, accordion, piano)
An impromptu festive moment with anyone who wants to play and sing. We’ll have an amp, a self-amplified piano, microphones—everything you need to have fun!
7:00 PM: Departure from the estate
The day’s festivities will come to a close as the mild spring evening sets in… before we gather at COMPTOIR BORNEO at 8 p.m. in Aix-en-Provence. See the “Side Events” section. For those who are interested and haven’t done so yet, please let us know if you’ll be joining us for the evening.
